Common things
I lost my parcel. The highest lifetime score holds it. Park time earns 1×, filed cleanup time earns 2×, and followers and kudos add bonuses. Build the higher score to take it back.
The app cannot tell I am in a parcel. Recording time needs Precise Location and a fresh GPS fix. Background permission lets recording continue with the phone locked. One starter parcel can be claimed remotely; later vacant parcels require a verified location inside them.
I want my account deleted. Open Settings in the app and tap Delete account. Your profile, photographs, cleanup records and parcels are removed.
