Common things
I lost my parcel. A claim is released if it has not been cleaned once within seven days. Claim it again, or take another — nothing is gone for good.
The app cannot tell I am in my parcel. Starting a cleanup needs While Using location access, Precise Location and a fresh GPS fix. Claiming a parcel and filing a finished cleanup both work from anywhere.
I want my account deleted. Open Settings in the app and tap Delete account. Your profile, photographs, cleanup records and parcels are removed.
